"This letter of appreciation is long overdue. Nearly two years ago, Absolute Comfort installed two Amana High Efficiency furnaces in our home, replacing the 26 year old single Air-Ease furnace. The installers did a superb job, having to split our original ductwork to accomodate the dual furances. The result was a much more even distribution of force air heat throughout our ranch-style house, including a full basement.

The service provided by Absolute Comfort over the past two years has been outstanding. They have gone out of their way, instructing us on the operation of the system including programming the not-so-friendly Honeywell thermostat and the operation of the humdifiers. Whenever I have had a question regarding the sytem, they have promptly responded.

We took advantage of the one year interest free financing, same as cash arrangement, which helped our budget.

The professinalism of Absolute Comfort is greatly appreciated. We have since recommended your company to several friends and will continue to do so in the future. Ordinarily, I am reluctant to do this for obvious reasons, but in the case of Absolute Comfort, I have no hesitation to highly recommend your service, largely due to the extraordinary efforts."

"I am writing this letter as an appreciation for the services that I received from your company and in particular your field technicians. Absolute Comfort was called to my home last week to inspect my furnace, which had a gas leak that caused the city to shut off my gas which was already stressful enough for me. During the inspection, the tech identified the problem in no time and presented me with my options of either correcting the current problem or purchasing a new furnace, which I did based on the tech's opinion and 23 years of experience in the business. The day of the installation, the tech called me from the road to let me know he would be 5 minutes late, then again when he had to leave the house for 30 minutes to collect some parts for the job. He completed his work in no time, half a day I believe it was. I was then guided through the set up of the new thermostat and received literature on the new furnace for reference. He even made me aware of a tiny nick that he had made in some of the trim work around the furnace closet and offered to repair it if I wanted. This tech was a class act and very courteous and professional and I just wanted to express my appreciation for that. Thanks again!
